Biography

Dennis Fontes is a California licensed real estate broker and local mortgage lender. He is a Certified Green Building Professional, Certified Sustainable Building Advisor and Certified Multi-Unit Lender. Licensed since 1981, with experience in Real Estate Sales, Title business, Private Money. For the past 12 years, Dennis has focused on real estate financing including FHA 203k rehabilitation and Energy Efficient Mortgage loan programs.
