Description: California’s energy codes are changing in 2014. This webinar will help you navigate the new codes and will arm raters and energy consultants with knowledge on the basics of residential building modeling using Energy Pro 5, enabling you to effectively communicate design strategies to builders and homeowners.

In addition, you will be provided with an overview of energy compliance software for Green Point Raters, discover how to leverage rebates in California, learn how to troubleshoot an energy analysis, and receive best practices for problem solving energy pro calculations.

Sean Feurtado has been an AutoCAD designer for commercial engineers, architects, and design build construction companies in California. With experience in energy modeling and energy compliance he has been involved in helping make homes more energy efficient. Recently he has joined the Build It Green Quality Assurance team, to assure that models are coherent and reflect correct savings
