Company: Home Performance Matters

Biography

Brad has been professionally involved in the residential energy efficiency and renewable energy field since 2007. He is a BPI certified Building Analyst, HERS I Rater, CREIA candidate member and Existing Single Family Home Green Point Rater.

Brad’s initial interest in energy efficiency began while helping his family insulate his childhood home in Colorado. His parents also changed out a coal burning furnace for electric baseboard heat supplemented by a wood burning stove and installed dual-pane storm windows.  This was done when being efficient and spending less on utilities was common sense.

Brad has performed residential energy audits / assessments and Green Point Ratings on over 150 homes in the Inland Empire of Los Angeles while working with Home Performance Matters.
