Homes are Worth More
An article in California Real Estate Magazine highlights findings from a recent study that homes with a green label sell for a 9 percent premium over non-labeled homes.
The Certified Green Real Estate Professional training is approved by the National Association of REALTORS for alternative program credit for NAR's Green Designation.
This means that students who successfully complete our Certified Green Real Estate Professionals course will not be required to take Green 100: Real Estate for a Sustainable Future, which is the first day of NAR's Green Designation program.
