Speaker Information:

After 25 years in high tech and corporate marketing, in 2008 Chris Hunt founded PowerDown, a residential, electrical auditing service.  Since that time Chris has earned a reputation as an industry expert on residential energy consumption and serves as a regular lecturer in energy reduction classes at PGE.
Chris speaks at national energy conferences and consults to local energy groups and small utilities.  He often works as a consultant/contractor to both local solar companies and building performance firms trying to enhance the building envelope and reduce electrical waste.  His clients have often see their electric bills drop as much as 35% due to his analysis and the ROI on his audits have often reached 300% in the first year.
Prior to starting PowerDown in 2008, Chris held senior product and marketing management positions in high tech companies such as Oracle and Adobe and finished his corporate career as a Managing Director at Silicon Valley Bank.
