This 2-day course teaches you the value of a green home so you can help your clients understand green features, make cost-saving decisions, and navigate rebate programs. Our course focuses specifically on existing homes in the California marketplace, helping you navigate statewide energy efficiency rebate programs like Energy Upgrade California, California mortgage options and lending programs (203K, Energy Efficiency Mortgages) and state specific disclosure regulations. Requirements for the CGREP Certification
Anyone may attend this course, but to take the final exam and become a Certified Green Real Estate Professional, the following requirements apply:

Attendance - Participants must attend 90% of clock hours for this training

Pass the exam - Participants must receive a passing grade of 70% on the final exam (open-book at the end of day 2). If you do not receive a passing grade, you may re-take the exam for a fee of $50.

Proof that you are licenced or working as one of the following - Real Estate Agent, Real Estate Broker, Real Estate Appraiser, Residential Mortgage Lender, California Finance Lender, Escrow Company, Financial Institution
