Topic: Post Project Analysis
Description:
We’ll take a look at the highest rated GreenPoint Rated home, the residence of EarthBound Homes president Dr. David Edwards, 7 years after construction was completed. How have material choices, systems and building methods performed over time? What would Dave to differently today? We’ll also look at the home’s energy efficiency performance now that it has been monitored for the last year with the e-monitor system.

David Edwards, Ph.D., LEED AP - CEO, Earth Bound Homes
Dr. Edwards received his PhD in 1999 in Biochemistry and Cell Biology. He worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 4 years before starting Earth Bound Homes in 2002. Dave is a certified Green Building Professional, a LEED ap, a member of the US Green Building Council and a Green Point Rater. Earth Bound Homes is the proud winner of Acterra’s Sustainable Built Environment Award in 2007.

Randy Potter is Vice President of Earth Bound Homes. Randy holds an MBA in Finance, a BS in Marketing and has over 10 years of professional experience in the Real Estate and Real Estate Development Industries.
