As a business owner, you're always looking for new ways to build out your services and get new clients. Energy Upgrade California can help you do just that.
The PG&E Whole House Rebate Program will be introducing a formal pathway for rater participation on September 1st, 2012 that will integrate raters with active HERS II and BPI Building Analyst certifications as independent assessors for test-in and test-out measurements and job submissions. The goal of this new pathway is to allow independent raters to offer the Program to customers, opening additional avenues for Program participation. These individuals will be responsible for completing combustion appliance safety testing, whole house assessments, energy modeling and job submissions to Program standards. The customer would then be able to choose any participating contractor to perform the upgrade.
