Corporate Members

As a part of Build It Green’s community, Corporate Members receive benefits to help promote their business, receive ongoing education, and help determine the future direction of the organization.  All employees of a Corporate Member can add themselves to their company's Membership and receive benefits.  See below for Membership Requirements.

  • Each Corporate Member receives a corporate listing in Build It Green’s Our Members list promoting your company’s involvement
• Permission to use the Build It Green Member Logo
  • Corporate Members can use the Build It Green Member Logo on their websites and collateral to demonstrate their affiliation with Build It Green and commitment to green residential building
• Reduced fees for Build It Green's Professional Training courses and Green Building Professionals Guild meetings
  • Corporate Members receive $50 off Professional Training Courses and $10 off Green Building Professionals Guilds meetings for all of their employees who register online

Individual Members

Individual Members are students, homeowners, building professionals, and members of the community who want to support Build It Green.  The above benefits that Corporate Members and their employees receive do not apply.

Membership Requirements

Membership Requirements vary by company type for Corporate Members.  There are no requirements to join as an Individual Member other than your desire to support green building.

All Corporate Membership Applicants

• Company has green building services, products, or programs available in California

Manufacturers & Suppliers

• In addition to the above requirements, manufacturers and suppliers must make or sell at least one product that qualifies for a measure in Build It Green's GreenPoint Rated system
