We are currently in the process of updating our standards for GreenPoint Rated and would love to hear your thoughts and recommendation on the proposed revisions. This initial comment period will be open from May 1, 2013 through June 30, 2013.

During this period, we invite you to comment on the general program and measure list. All checklists are open for the 60-day review period. Help us shape the future of residential green building in California by providing us with your expert input! 

GreenPoint Rated Checklists and Manuals

The Checklists are a free resource. They are used to track the green building measures incorporated into a project and their associated point values.

The Rating Manuals are essential companion documents to the GreenPoint Rated Checklists. They outline the specific applications, requirements, intent, and verifications for each of the GreenPoint Rated Measures to help you understand, interpret and implement each of the available points. The Manuals are available for purchase in PDF format only for $30 each.
